Kalla is from the San Francisco Bay Area. She is a certified corrective exercise specialist, group fitness instructor, personal trainer and holds a BA in Psychology from California State University East Bay, Hayward. Kalla began her fitness journey as a ballet and modern dancer, then found her love of group fitness in 2014. Since then, she has explored many modalities of fitness, including pilates, TRX, barre, H.I.I.T, kickboxing and kettlebell training. Her approach to exercise revolves around the mind body connection. When Kalla is not teaching, she loves to garden, cook plant-based meals, practice yoga, read and make art!
