Margaret Ennis is a certified AFAA Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor with 20 years of experience teaching a multitude of formats, including Yoga, Pilates, Barre, High Intensity Interval Training, to name a few. Margaret’s main focus with Personal Training is Functional Training, which allows her clients to perform well in their daily lives, is appropriate for all fitness levels, and unique for each client. Margaret incorporates all aspects of fitness – muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, core conditioning, balance and flexibility – into her training philosophy. Margaret uses her diverse background to keep her training workouts highly effective for each client’s personal goals. Margaret has been a personal trainer for 17 years and a group fitness instructor for over 20 years, teaching a multitude of formats, including Yoga, Pilates, Barre, High Intensity Interval Training, to name a few. Margaret uses her diverse background to keep her training workouts highly effective for each client’s personal goals. Margaret has many favorite pieces of fitness equipment. If she had to choose just one favorite, her most favorite is the TRX, which uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously.
